What these numbers are, and what they are not
Every figure on this page is built from reports by people who were separated from companies classified as Automotive. It describes the reports we received, not the industry. People who had a bad separation have more reason to file one, so treat this as what was reported, not as a measured rate across Automotive employers.
A company’s score, or its absence, is not a recommendation about working there and not a judgement of the company. Scores move as reports arrive, a company with no score simply has too few reports to publish one, and nothing here is legal advice.
